Listening and release sleeves

Open Discover to explore published releases. Releases in Ready to play have audio. Full tracks and previews are labelled; some releases offer artwork, lyrics or credits without audio. Open The sleeve to read release information and track notes. You can read lyrics and credits from Now Playing while music continues.

If playback stops, check your connection and try Play again. Audio availability can change when an artist updates a release. Backsleeve does not currently offer offline audio downloads.

Saved music and account access

You can listen, save releases and follow artists without signing in. Sign in from Profile to sync saved releases, favourites and follows with your account. Listening history and your queue stay on the device. Signing out preserves that account’s local library.

For a sync problem, check your connection and use the retry action in Profile. For a forgotten password, use the account website’s password recovery from the sign-in flow.

Release notifications

Notifications are optional. Follow an artist and enable release notifications in Profile while signed in. They apply to newly published releases; enabling them does not resend the existing catalogue. Delivery also depends on your connection, notification permissions and Focus settings. You can turn them off in Profile or your device’s notification settings.

Artists and publishing

Open your workspace from Profile to use the web publishing tools. If a release is missing audio, incorrect lyrics, credits or links, contact the artist or send us the public release URL so we can investigate.

Privacy and account deletion

Profile includes Privacy and Backsleeve account deletion. Workspace owners must resolve ownership before account deletion. See the privacy policy and your choices for shared-account deletion and data requests.

Contact support

Include the app version, device and iOS version, what happened, and the release URL if relevant. Never send a password, sign-in code or payment details. For privacy requests, email jorgen@larsen.zone.
